EYFS Family Fun Day
Our Early Years Family Day at the British Embassy brought our children and their families together for a morning of fun, laughter and activities. We began with a circle time and singing familiar songs before playing different parachute games.
After snack time, everyone explored a variety of activities around the outdoor area. Children enjoyed having their faces painted, making colourful bracelets, trying their luck at the coconut shy, and taking part in an animal treasure hunt. There was plenty of running, exploring, and shared fun as families joined in together throughout the morning.
After completing all the children鈥檚 activities, next it was the parents’ turn to take part in a series of fun-filled games, such as throwing a wellington boot, before everyone came together to enjoy a picnic lunch!
Thank you to all the families who attended and helped make the day such a special occasion. We would also like to extend our thanks to the British Embassy for generously allowing us to host the event in their beautiful grounds.

Student led PTCs
Last week our children took centre stage as they led their own Parent-Teacher Conferences, stepping confidently into the role of teacher to share their learning, reflect on their progress, and set goals for the term ahead. A huge well done to every student who took part- your confidence and pride in your work were truly wonderful to see. A warm thank you also to all the parents and carers who came in as your involvement and encouragement mean so much to your children, and to us.
Jo Bradshaw
We were thrilled to welcome the incredible Jo Bradshaw into school on Monday, along with some of the team who joined her on her recent expedition to Everest Base Camp. Jo is an Everest summiteer, expedition leader and keynote speaker. This May marked a very special personal milestone for her, as it was ten years since she first stood on the summit of the world’s highest mountain. To mark the anniversary in true adventurer style, Jo led a team back to Everest Base Camp, with an extraordinary added challenge: the Tenzing-Hillary Everest Marathon, widely regarded as one of the toughest running races on the planet. Jo and one of her teammates took on the marathon and completed it together. This was an astonishing achievement at altitude in one of the most breathtaking and demanding environments on Earth.
Our children had the wonderful opportunity to hear Jo and members of her team talk about their journey, their experiences on the trail, and what it truly takes to push beyond your comfort zone and achieve something extraordinary. It was a truly memorable morning, and we hope it left every one of our young learners feeling inspired to dream big, embrace challenges, and understand that the most rewarding adventures in life rarely begin with feeling ready. A huge thank you to Jo and her team for giving their time so generously to come and speak to us.

Year 6 Transition week听
Year 6 have thoroughly enjoyed their Transition Week, which has now come to an end. They embraced the variety of lessons, the freedom of having lunch in different areas around the campus, getting to know their new teachers, and collaborating with Secondary students. In many ways, the transition had already begun, as Year 6 are used to working with Secondary subject specialists in languages, science and PE, and have also participated in relevant Secondary assemblies throughout the year.
During Transition Week, students took part in taster lessons across a range of Secondary subjects, including History, Geography, Maths, Science, Art, Drama, Music, Design Technology and Languages. They also enjoyed team-building activities and a treasure hunt around the Secondary site, helping them to become even more familiar with their new learning environment. It has been wonderful to see how confidently and enthusiastically they approached this important step in their school journey. We are very proud of how they represented themselves and look forward to seeing them continue to flourish in Secondary School.

Year 1 and Year 2 Family Assembly
A huge thank you to all the parents and family members who attended our Year 1 and Year 2 Family Assembly. The children were incredibly excited to have the opportunity to share their learning journey and celebrate the many experiences they have enjoyed throughout the year.
It was wonderful to see the confidence the children have developed in their presentation skills, speaking clearly and proudly in front of an audience. They reflected on a year filled with learning, creativity, outdoor adventures and memorable experiences, demonstrating just how much they have grown both academically and personally.
We are very proud of all the children for their enthusiasm, confidence and teamwork, and we thank our families for their continued support throughout the year.听

Little Yetis
This week marked our final Little Yeti’s session of the school year, and we celebrated with a special Summer Celebration and Friendship Picnic. The children enjoyed a morning full of fun, including parachute games, face painting, sponge painting, and a soft toy shy challenge.
They also created memory photo frames and helped prepare healthy fruit salad and fruit kebabs to enjoy at our picnic. Children enjoyed spending time with their friends, sharing activities, and celebrating the end of a fun and memorable year. As a special keepsake, each child received a certificate to celebrate their participation and achievements at Little Yetis this year.
We finished with some favourite songs and a chance to say goodbye before the summer break. Thank you to all the families who joined us this year, we wish you a wonderful summer!
