The structures can be installed quickly for any needed reason or circumstance. We have a variety of selections to choose from. Most packages include concrete installation. Using products made in or from the United States to get all jobs done. We strive to have the shortest lead time in delivery and installation in our industry. Do I need a permit?
-You will have to contact your local building department. If a permit is required, we have professionally engineered plans available for an additional cost.
What anchoring systems do you offer?
– 3-foot temporary pin anchors ground and clay or asphalt installation. Double helix mobile home anchors for ground and clay installation only. Concrete anchors for concrete installation only.
What payment options do you accept?
– All orders are COD (cash on delivery). We accept personal or cashier’s checks, money order, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
What is the lead time after I place my order?
– Delivery and install usually takes 2-6 weeks. If a building permit is required lead time begins after your permit has been issued.
Does the ground need to be leveled?
– Yes, the unit will not be installed if ground in not leveled. Call our office too see how we can help. (916) 706-1695
How much clearance is required for install?
-A minimum 3′-5′&²Ô²ú²õ±è;around the perimeter of the unit. If your unit is going next to an existing building, we must also have at least 2′ of clearance above the roof line. If you are not able to provide these clearances a Labor Charge will be added to your invoice.
